Weekly pay via direct deposit or a pay card. Compensation $27/hr What You’ll Be Doing Provide first and second-level IT support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune environments. Configure and deploy laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Deliver onsite and remote support to employees. Maintain ticket documentation and knowledge base articles. Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. What You’ll Need to be Considered Experience supporting Azure Active Directory authentication and user management. Ability to support cloud-based applications. ITSM and ITIL experience. Strong attention to detail and professional presentation. Ability to manage tickets, calls, and chats simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
