JOB DESCRIPTION-
Job Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and supporting branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide quotes and schedule service appointments.
- Create work orders and provide service status updates.
- Gather customer and equipment information.
- Support warranty processes and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 13 years of automotive service industry experience preferred.
- Power generation experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
