Junior Architect

We are seeking a Junior Architect to work closely with our technical and design leads to support projects from early concept through permit drawings and into Construction Administration. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to coordinated, code-compliant documentation. As part of a small team helmed by leaders with both top-tier design experience (e.g., OMA, SOM) and deep code expertise, the candidate must be excited to learn quickly and take radical responsibility for their scope of work. About You Comfortable with a fast-paced workflow, organized, and adaptable as project needs evolve Value clear communication and enjoy working collaboratively with teammates and consultants Willingness to think outside the box and generate creative solutions within design, time, financial, or other constraints Eager to learn, open to new tools and technologies, and committed to continuously expanding your skills Desire to contribute positively to a team environment and a culture that is inclusive, fun, engaged, and curious Qualifications 0-3 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Rhino and/or Archicad is preferred, but not required — a willingness to learn new software quickly on the job is sufficient Alignment with Space Time Studio’s and Space Craft's mission to build walkable neighborhoods and sustainable buildings is essential The Role You will support projects from concept design through schematic design, permit submission, and into construction administration, working closely with senior technical and design leads. You will assist drawing production, rendering, design development, consultant coordination, and the day-to-day creation of clear, buildable construction documents. As part of a growing team, you will contribute to the growth of the entire team’s capabilities and collaborate closely with the broader development company.
