Coverage Type: 24-Hour Call Only (Emergency General Surgery & Trauma Coverage)
Shift Window: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM (24-Hour Call Blocks)

Clinical Scope & Procedural Workload

Required Procedures: Emergency General Surgery, Trauma management, Bowel Resection, Perforation repair, Incision & Drainage (I&D) of abscesses, and complex Wound Care

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements

Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in General Surgery
Licensure: Active Kentucky State Medical License or active IMLC (Compact) license
Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
