Key Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction and support for students with exceptional needs within a Life Skills classroom
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) alongside a collaborative team of educators and specialists
• Foster student independence, personal development, and community participation
• Communicate regularly and effectively with families, educators, and school staff, ensuring student progress is documented and celebrated
• Maintain compliance with educational standards and participate in professional development as required
