For methodology, please see Responsibilities: • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner Your First YearYou’ll learn firsthand about a financial professional’s role and day-to-day work by working as a financial professional for the first year of your career journey with New York Life. We’ll help you to lead and build your team of financial professionals. Qualifications: • Experience working in sales is required • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience • Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus • Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional We’re looking for people who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses—motivated people who can answer yes to one of the following questions: • Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry? • Have you previously run a business? • Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree? • In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start off as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to succeed. Compensation: $75,000 At Plan Earnings

Compensation:
$75,000 per year
