• Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle.• Guide teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates product team'sprogress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminates blockers, promotes Agilequality practices, builds a high performing team, coordinates with other teams, supportsROM and level of estimate activities and provides team with feedback and means ofimprovement while serving as a resource to answer questions.• Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation suchas team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations.• Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuousimprovement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.
