About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to support security initiatives, risk analysis, and operational security programs. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and address information security risks while helping ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

You will contribute to moderately complex security projects, analyze security challenges, and provide recommendations that strengthen the organization's security posture. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate information security risks, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives and projects.
• Investigate and resolve moderately complex information security issues and incidents.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review processes, controls, and security practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of security best practices across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing security risks, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale security programs and initiatives.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Relevant security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
