Your Role As a Sales Consultant, your mission is to drive growth by uncovering customer needs and crafting packaging solutions that add real value. You’ll be responsible for: Build and expand a portfolio of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building. Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate packaging challenges with tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal experts and our build team to deliver innovative, customer‑focused results. Guide customers through the process—from concept to final product—ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way. Your Background & Experience A genuine passion for helping customers grow through partnership and collaboration. A track record of business development success and a sense of urgency to achieve results. Strong critical thinking skills and self‑starter mentality. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills. Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and pipeline. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
