Quality Control Inspector I

Repligen seeks a Quality Control Inspector to conduct inspections and audits of single-use assembly parts at its Hopkinton, Massachusetts manufacturing facility. The role involves verifying product conformance to quality standards, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement within an ISO 9001 certified system.

Responsibilities

• Inspect single-use assembly designs and approve or reject per documented specifications
• Apply part number labels to approved materials according to inventory labeling requirements
• Communicate non-conforming material findings to management and support root cause investigations
• Document inspection results and maintain associated paperwork using Microsoft Office tools
• Identify and report continuous improvement opportunities for internal and external quality programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or two-year technical degree from accredited institution
• 0–2 years quality assurance experience in ISO 9001 certified environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience in medical device, bioprocessing, military, or aerospace inspection preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills across departments
• Familiarity with sampling plans and good documentation practices preferred

Compensation: $24/hour–$30/hour
