Your Role As a Pelvic Floor / Women’s Health Specialist, you will: Provide specialized outpatient pelvic floor and women’s health rehabilitation Create individualized treatment plans addressing pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal/postpartum care, pelvic organ prolapse, post‑surgical needs, and more Deliver evidence‑based interventions including manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, exercise prescription, and behavioral strategies Build meaningful patient relationships through compassion and clinical expertise Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Document efficiently using advanced EMR and ALT tools Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines What You Bring Education & Licensure Doctor of Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited program Active NewMexico PT license (or eligibility) Specialized Skills Training or certification in pelvic floor therapy (or willingness to obtain with Armada’s support) Personal Qualities Empathy and professionalism when addressing sensitive patient needs Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to manage complex cases with composure and clinical reasoning Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients as needed Capacity to lift, transfer, or position patients safely About Armada Physical Therapy Armada PT is part of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) — a clinician‑led organization supporting 250+ clinics across 16 states.
