We are searching for dedicated staff to provide high quality care that will greatly improve our clients' quality of life. Job Details:- Searching for a Personal Care Worker to work with one of our many clients in New Richmond, WI.
- Schedule: Morning, evening and overnight shifts available (every other weekend may be required, depending on client needs).
- Schedules vary based upon client's needs; our Human Resources team will work with you to find the right scheduling fit based on your availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals.
- Oversee residents and take care of their needs.
- Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.
- Transport client to activities and medical appointments.
- Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect.
We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to perform the duties of your position.
- Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass a background check.
- Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid US driver's license.
- Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.
