LTC LPN

BOS Medical Staffing is looking for LPNs to work in a long-term care facility. Shifts are available immediately. Available Hours PRN/per-diem Positions Available (including weekends) 7A-7P 7P-7A Responsibilities Implements individualized treatment programs as directed by the Health Care Practitioner. Communicates information to nursing staff, physicians, health care unit supervisory personnel, and other staff as necessary. Respects the dignity and confidentiality of patients. Attends mandatory staff meetings and training. Applies principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follows standardized procedures that may call for deviations. Applies sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and applies knowledge to different factual situations.
