Job Description: The District Manager (DM) will oversee the growth of a quickly growing, quick casual brand in the Lville / Southern Indiana market. Additional responsibilities: Making certain all budget and financial projections are achieved, hiring, coaching and training of quality management candidates, developing continuous training and development systems to enhance staff performance and delivery of customer service and ensure that appropriate staffing levels are achieved.

• $90,000 - $100,000 Salary +20-30k bonus potential

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate must have 2+ years Multi-Unit Management experience at Fast Casual / Ready-to-Serve Theme Dining or Casual Theme Concept.
• The ideal candidate must show good tenure-no more than 2 positions in the last 5 years
• The ideal candidate must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees and controlling costs
