Senior Director, HRBP

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director HRBP to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders, helping connect talent strategy with operating priorities. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and scalable people practices within a Media environment. Location: Novato, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,000 – $310,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on complex people and business issues Drive organizational design and change management for global business optimization Manage and influence stakeholders across all levels to align HR and business strategies Partner with HR teams to deliver effective HR processes and programs Advise on key HR program cycles like performance feedback and annual workforce planning Coach leaders on people development and performance management strategies Collaborate with Talent Development to strengthen talent and succession strategies Address employee relations issues in partnership with relevant teams to create proactive solutions Qualifications 7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced tech environments, gaming industry preferred Generalist HR background with knowledge across various HR functions Strong ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels Deep understanding of business operations and ability to connect HR and business strategies Proactive in anticipating business needs and operating effectively in ambiguity Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience in data‑driven narratives Benefits Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace Support for reasonable accommodations during the job application process Full range of medical and financial benefits for eligible employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
