What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you’ll be trained across multiple areas of the restaurant, including:

• Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
• Preparing food (grill, sandwiches, drinks)
• Running orders and keeping dining areas clean
• Operating the register and handling transactions
• Supporting opening and closing tasks based on your shift
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn multiple roles

Experience

• Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• We’re happy to train the right candidates

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation to Morrisville, NC

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment (heat, noise, fast pace)
