Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with direct home health and OASIS experience to provide compassionate, quality care in a home health setting for a 13-week full-time contract.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• On-call coverage may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions, ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction
• Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments and documentation for each patient visit
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Perform wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and thorough patient and family education
• Communicate all status changes, concerns, and updates to the appropriate clinical team members promptly

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience required
• Proficiency with OASIS is essential
• Strong preference for candidates skilled in using HomeCare HomeBase
• Confident in scheduling and managing a full-time caseload of daily visits
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
