Caregiver Position in Bee Cave, TexasCompensation: Competitive Pay: Caregiver starting wage of $19.00/hr. Opportunity to earn up to $21.25/hr. within six months through our continuing education program. $1/hr. shift differential for those regularly scheduled to work the 3pm – 11:30pm shift.Available Shifts: We are actively recruiting for our Full-Time PM (3pm – 11:30pm) and Full-Time ON (11pm – 7:30am). Additional Shift Opportunities: We also offer opportunities on the following schedules, with availability varying by location and business need:AM (7am – 3:30pm)PM (3pm – 11:30pm)ON (11pm – 7:30am)Employment Types Available:Full-TimePart-TimePRN (As Needed)Shift and employment status availability will be discussed during the interview process.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, your role of Caregiver/Direct Care will involve supervising and directly training patients with brain injuries in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and therapeutic home programs. You'll be working in a beautiful residential apartment/home-like setting, offering skilled instruction and supervision to patients. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage in social, recreational, shopping, and entertainment activities in community settings.Your key responsibilities will include:Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, and household tasks)Teach and support independence skillsDocument client progress and activitiesAccompany clients on community outings, shopping trips, and recreational activitiesMaintain a safe and supportive environmentQualificationsExperience and Education:Educational Background: Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.Valid Driver's License: With an acceptable driving recordWork Experience: Successful completion of a drug screen, health screen, and criminal record check (fingerprints) for caregiver positions.Benefits Package for Full Time Includes:At CNS, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional growth.
