We are looking for a Claims Assistant Team Leader to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY:

• This position is responsible for maintaining an even workload for all Claims Assistants.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Claims Supervisor in ensuring production and customer service targets are met.

• Prepare and maintain reports for processing in line with established guidelines.

• Meets productivity and customer service targets.

• Resolve/Mediate issues of concern between Claims Assistants and/or between Claims Assistants and their examiners, with the assistance of Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• General computer proficiency.

• Proficiency with MS Office products.

• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to encourage and motivate.

CA Range: $57,614.00 - $64,392.00

Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

PHLY locations considered: Roseville, CA / Bala Cynwyd, PA.
