CDL-A Local Retail Driver | TARGET ACCOUNT - Shafter, CA Drive dedicated retail delivery routes from the Shafter, California distribution center to stores across the Central Valley, greater Los Angeles area, and Las Vegas. Earn mileage pay based on experience, plus additional pay for qualifying short loads, sweeps, and backhauls. Pay Details Mileage Pay: $0.57–$0.68 per mile, based on experience Average Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,000 miles Short-Load Pay: $20 for loads under 100 miles Stop Pay: $15 for qualifying sweeps and backhauls No sign-on bonus offered Mileage pay by experience: 0 years: $0.57 CPM
