  • Process quotes, invoices, and order details with accuracy and professionalism

• • Maintain and update customer and product databases and websites
  • Enter order information into internal systems and vendor portals
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, product descriptions, and customer information

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Quickbooks Online a plus
• Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred
