Senior BSA/AML Compliance Leader

Needham Bank is seeking a senior BSA Officer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program. The role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and partners with executive management to ensure regulatory alignment. You will guide onboarding, monitoring, SAR/CTR processes, and due diligence programs, while mentoring a compliance team and coordinating with law enforcement and regulators as needed.
