High Focus Centers in Paramus is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Paramus we are currently seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our clients. • Address: 40 Eisenhower Dr, Paramus, NJ 07652
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (1-2 evening shifts/week required)
• Salary: $52,000/year - $60,000/year (with FREE licensure supervision!)

Here at Paramus Outpatient, our Counselors:

• Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
• Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs
• Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
• Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Required: Master's degree in human services or related field
• Required: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining)
