Senior Construction Superintendent Location: Leesburg, VA office; projects in Washington, DC Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Salary: $127,000/year — higher compensation available based on experience Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial and institutional construction projects. This position is responsible for coordinating subcontractors and field crews while maintaining project safety, quality, and progress. Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance Associate degree in Construction Management, Building Construction , or a related field 10–15 years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor on commercial or institutional projects, including schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings 7+ years of government contracting experience Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects , not solely renovations Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and other construction-related software Able to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
