Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention programs for individuals with Autism Conduct assessments and design function-based behavior support plans Lead and inspire RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and team growth Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client goals Embrace a hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and remote-based work Skills & Qualifications Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with Autism Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis Experience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans Practical experience managing and supervising team members Collaborative organizational and communication skills to facilitate accomplishment of goals with clients, families, and team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
