He is wheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic, neurological and/or behavioral health experience a must.Available Shifts in Park City:Night shifts from 7pm - 7 am. 2 or 3 nights per week, Saturday, Sunday, MondayAfternoon shifts Mon - Fri, 3pm - 7pmWe are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:Medication set up and oversightProvide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of CareProvide in home assessmentsMonitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informedCollaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concernsTotal personal caresBenefits We Offer to RN and LPN:At BrightStar Care we value each of our employees and care about their well-being.
