Quality Assurance Nurse - JTCC Blood & Marrow Transplant - F/T Days

About This Role The Quality Assurance Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for overseeing quality assurance documentation for the Blood & Marrow Transplant division. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are detail-oriented and passionate about regulatory compliance and staff education. Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: John Theurer Cancer Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Oversee all quality assurance documentation for the Blood & Marrow Transplant division. Maintain Quality Assurance documents for FDA, FACT, NMDP, etc. Monitor staff regulatory compliance related to annual validations. Develop and provide assessment tools for monitoring staff education compliance. Collaborate with the program medical director and Nurse Managers to design and implement Standard Operating Procedures. Work on special projects related to quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and education series. Act as a resource for the staff. Submit regulatory and educational reports as requested. Coordinate/facilitate quarterly quality management meetings, including agenda, audits, validation studies, and collection reports. Perform audits to monitor compliance with regulatory standards as outlined by agencies such as FACT and JCAHO. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMT transplant, apheresis, and photopheresis Licenses & Certifications NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification Oncology Certified Nurse (preferred) FACT certified training (preferred) Apheresis Training Certificate (preferred)Photopheresis Training Certificate (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
