Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM Starting Pay: $17.50/hour 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM Starting Pay: $18.50/hour What You’ll Do Package and inspect cheese products according to quality and safety standards Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Work with teammates to meet daily production goals Assist in other packaging and production areas as needed What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking Basic math and reading skills Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Why Yancey’s Fancy? Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role requiring the ability to: Lift up to 40 pounds Stand and walk for 8+ hours Bend, reach, push, pull, and climb Work in varying temperatures
