We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multidisciplinary medical practice in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys hands-on patient care, performing procedures, and collaborating with a team focused on helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life.

Position Highlights

• $100-$105 per Hour
• Part-Time 1-2 Days Per Month, Flexible Schedule
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Environment
• Modern Outpatient & ASC Setting

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits
• Review and interpret MRI, CT, Doppler Ultrasound, and other diagnostic studies
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as appropriate
• Collaborate with Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Interventional Pain, Orthopedic, and Vascular providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform in-office procedures including Trigger Point / joint Injections, Botox for Migraine management, TRT, BHRT, PRP treatments
• Assist in outpatient orthopedic spine procedures within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
• Experience performing injections and office-based procedures preferred
• Comfortable reviewing advanced imaging and coordinating specialty referrals
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
