Contact Center Agent

Seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Contact Center Agent, the full-time remote position will manage incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, analyzing and troubleshooting to deliver effective solutions Document customer interactions in the system and escalate unresolved issues, ensuring compliance with company protocols Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or related field At least 6 months of experience with contact center software (RingCentral) and CRM tools (Service Minder & Service Titan) Proficiency in PC/Windows systems and computer applications like Microsoft Office Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed Strong empathy and patience when handling customer concerns
