Director of Marketing Strategy & Growth Analytics

West Shore Home seeks a Director of Marketing Strategy to own forecasting, budget alignment, and ROI strategy for nationwide marketing across 40+ branches. You will lead a team of Divisional Marketing Managers and report to the VP of Marketing Planning and Analytics, serving as the analytical backbone for local-to-national strategy. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in marketing forecasting, strong Excel, and proficiency with Databricks and Power BI, with a track record of cross-functional #J-18808-Ljbffr
