PT Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team in a community health center serving communities facing barriers to care. This part-time role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship‑based psychiatric care while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The position includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, brief counseling, care coordination, and patient education, with a focus on supporting long‑term stability and wellness for patients who often face barriers to care.
