Lucky Danger isn't your typical American Chinese restaurant—it’s an evolution. The Role 

You are the "Liaison" and the "Engine." You ensure that Tim Ma’s culinary vision reaches the guest exactly as intended and that the dining room stays in constant motion.

What You’ll Own

• Delivery: Deliver food with precision, knowing every seat number and ingredient without having to ask the guest.
• Resetting: Rapidly clear and reset tables to our standards to keep the floor moving.
• Support: Be the "extra set of eyes" for the servers—filling water, clearing bread, and ensuring the room looks sharp.

Who You Are

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts.
