Job Title: Solderer Assembler Job Description

Contribute to efficient and high-quality production by assembling and soldering lighting and wiring components according to SOPs and layout drawings. Collaborate closely with the production team and maintain precision and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together.

• Prepare and assemble linear strip lights.

• Assemble wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings.

• Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills.

• Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including production areas and tool storage.

• Follow housekeeping best practices to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

• Participate in special assignments or projects as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Help train co-workers on assigned tasks and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

General light fixture production on the 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
