General Production Worker - Assembly

Assembler – Manufacturing

Location: North Fort Myers, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Tools Required: Candidates provide their own basic hand tools

Position Summary

We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in North Fort Myers. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help bring high‑quality boats to life by assembling key structural, electrical, and mechanical components. If you enjoy working with tools, following plans, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each day, this could be a great fit.

This is a full‑time, first‑shift position with steady hours, a collaborative shop environment, and opportunities to grow your skills in mechanical and electrical assembly.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be an important part of the production process, responsible for assembling a wide variety of boat components, including:

• Roofs, frames, doors, and other structural sections

• Electrical systems, wire harnesses, and lighting

• Motors, mechanical systems, and related hardware

Additional responsibilities include:

• Reading and following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and securing components to exact specifications

• Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively

• Identifying and troubleshooting basic assembly issues

• Working with the production team to meet daily output goals

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area

• Following all company safety and manufacturing guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical work preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools

• Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for most of the shift

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to bring your own basic hand tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Fort Myers, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
