Experienced RV Service Technician

Our client, Cassones RV, is actively hiring a high-level Class A RV Technician to support their service operations. This is a critical, immediate hire following the loss of a senior technician, and they are looking for someone who can step in and handle complex RV systems work with confidence. This is not an entry-level role. They need a true A tech. Someone who has seen it all, can diagnose efficiently, and can work independently without hand-holding. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems with minimal supervision Work across diesel pusher platforms (systems-focused, no heavy chassis work) Handle electrical troubleshooting (12V and 120V systems) Service and repair Aqua-Hot systems Diagnose and repair slide-outs, awnings, and leveling systems Perform general RV service work including plumbing, appliances, and mechanical systems Complete roof-related work (preferred, not required) Maintain efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship What Our Client Is Looking For Senior-level RV technician with approximately 8–10+ years of experience Strong diagnostic ability across multiple RV systems Experience working on diesel pushers and high-end units Comfortable working independently and owning jobs start to finish Stable work history with long-term tenure Ability to adapt to either hourly or flat-rate pay structures Strong work ethic and accountability Shop & Role Overview Service-focused RV dealership environment High volume of diesel pusher units No heavy chassis work required Collision work handled separately by a dedicated body shop Immediate need due to gap in senior technician coverage Long-term opportunity for the right technician looking for stability #J-18808-Ljbffr SourceLine
