Location: White Plains, NY Salary: $114,328.50 - $147,088.50 Our client is seeking an Assistant Laboratory Supervisor for the night shift to oversee lab operations, ensure quality testing standards, and lead laboratory staff. What You'll Be Doing Supervise lab testing and train/assist laboratory staff. Oversee the Quality Control Program and prepare monthly QC reports. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory/accreditation standards. Monitor turn-around-time and troubleshoot instrument issues. Manage payroll, scheduling, and interview prospective candidates. What you'll need: Minimum 4 years of experience as a clinical laboratory technologist. BS degree in Clinical Technology or related science required. 4-6 years of relevant hospital experience required. Clinical Lab Technologist license (New York State) required.
