What you will enjoy doing:

• Coaching managers on employee relations matters, performance management, attendance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
• Serving as a change agent by helping leaders implement organizational changes, business initiatives, and HR programs
• Facilitating employee investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions consistent with company policies and practices
• Providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent application across assigned locations
• Leveraging HR systems and reporting tools to maintain accurate employee data and provide actionable workforce insights
• Partnering with managers to identify talent development needs and coordinating employee development, training, and career growth opportunities
• Partnering with business leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Promoting and administering employee recognition programs and engagement activities that support a positive workplace culture
• Monitoring key HR metrics, including turnover, vacancy rates, time-to-fill, absenteeism, and employee engagement trends, and providing recommendations for improvement
• Responsible for annual HR processes, including compensation planning, performance management, talent reviews, engagement surveys, and succession planning
• Supporting onboarding and assimilation activities for new hires and internal promotions to ensure a positive employee experience
• Participating in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational effectiveness
• Performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs

What makes you great:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Experience supporting multiple locations or a geographically dispersed workforce preferred
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations matters
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred but not required
• Utilize HR technology, automation, and data analytics to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and support business decision-making
