Greenside Equipment is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales & Delivery Associate to support our parts department, assist customers at the counter, and help with local deliveries when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, learning about equipment parts, and being part of a growing dealership team.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and dealer systems.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and parts orders.
• Receive, organize, label, and stock parts inventory.
• Help maintain a clean and organized parts counter and warehouse area.
• Pull and prepare parts for customer pickup, technicians, and deliveries.
• Make local deliveries to customers, job sites, golf courses, municipalities, and vendors.
• Pick up parts or supplies from vendors when needed.
• Communicate with the parts manager, service team, and sales team to support daily operations.
• Help track backordered parts and follow up with customers.
• Provide professional and friendly service to customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle for local deliveries.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move parts, boxes, and equipment-related items.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with outdoor power equipment, tractors, golf course equipment, or automotive parts is a plus, but not required.
