Finance Lead

Brandon Clark with Connexa Search Group is working with a high-growth, multi-division manufacturer to add a Manufacturing Finance-Cost Leader to their team. Opportunity This is a rare chance to join a well-established manufacturer at a pivotal moment of growth. The company is investing heavily in its people, processes, and technology, and this role will play a central part in getting the cost structure airtight as the business prepares for its next chapter, which may include an IPO. The person in this seat will take the cost structure apart, rebuild it the right way, and have a direct hand in shaping the financial foundation of the company. There is significant promotion and growth opportunity with this company, along with a highly talented finance team already in place. What You Will Do Play a key role in an upcoming ERP implementation Own and refine standard costing across multiple manufacturing sites Lead manufacturing variance analysis including purchase price, labor, overhead, and scrap Manage inventory accounting across WIP, raw materials, and finished goods Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on cost improvement and root cause analysis Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost driver modeling What You Bring Experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance Strong grasp of standard costing, BOMs, routings, and inventory accounting Genuine systems and technology aptitude with a desire to grow into new platforms The ability to translate cost data into decisions, not just reports Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive base ($120k to $140k) + Bonus + Equity and significant long-term growth potential as the company continues to expand.
