Owning the multi-state licensure and regulatory compliance program, the full-time State Licensed Home Care Director will manage strategy, oversee compliance operations, and lead a team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Direct the multi-state licensure and compliance program, including strategy development and operational readiness Maintain oversight of state licensure requirements, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations Lead the development of policies and procedures for compliant operations and manage cross-functional relationships to mitigate licensure risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field Seven or more years of experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory operations, particularly with multi-state licensure Proven ability to interpret state regulations and translate them into operational processes Experience in developing compliance policies and leading cross-functional teams Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying compliance risks to senior leadership
