Industrial Services Technician I

We’re looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on problem solver to join our Industrial Services team.

As an Industrial Services Technician I, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians torepair, refurbish, assemble, inspect, test, and restore customer-owned industrial equipment and components. Our high-mix, low-volume environment means every project is different, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a variety of equipment.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, disassemble, inspect, repair, and refurbish industrial equipment and components.
• Perform mechanical repairs, component replacements, and equipment upgrades.
• Follow engineering drawings, customer specifications, OEM requirements, and work instructions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and shop equipment.
• Support material handling, inspections, testing, and other shop activities.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team.
• Mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, fabrication, automotive, or similar experience is a plus.
• High school diploma/GED preferred; relevant trade or technical training is a plus.
