As a Development Program Associate within the Midland Loan Services organization, you will be based in Overland Park, KS. Midland Loan Services falls under PNC Real Estate, part of PNC’S Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Division. The Midland Loan Services Program enables Development Associates the opportunity to explore various aspects of the company including Asset Management, Loan Servicing, Business Development, Account Management, Underwriting, Due Diligence and or Collateral Surveillance. All analysts hired into Midland will be a part of the C&IB Development Program. In addition to structured training within the line of business, this program includes enterprise‑wide and C&IB‑specific classroom training that is both soft‑skill and technical.
