Human Resources Generalist
Location: Fairbanks or Wasilla, AK
Pay: $60,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for a growing organization. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong business background who is looking to build or expand their HR career in a professional, supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee retention efforts while helping maintain organized personnel records and supporting overall HR processes. The right candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Assist with employee retention and general HR initiatives
• Maintain and electronically track personnel files and documentation
• Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee information
• Provide general administrative support for HR operations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, including phone and email
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Business-related education or background preferred

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
