PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Position Overview As a Production Supervisor , you’ll work closely with plant management to develop plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Hourly Pay $23.00 - $25.00/hr Shift(s) Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Location Lake City, MN What You'll Do Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties Lead production and provide customer support when necessary Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility Demonstrated experience leading a team Ability to communicate with plant management team effectively on a regular basis What We Offer Competitive pay, holiday pay, and daily pay – access to your earned wages before payday Referral bonuses Long‑term career advancement Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and short‑term and long‑term disability insurance for eligible full‑time employees 401(k) retirement plan Great team environment Work Environment Work environment characteristics include the ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, and air particulate), repetitively lift 50‑75 pounds, adjust body position for entire shifts, variable noise levels, required personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes), and specific vision abilities (close vision, distance vision, color vision).
