Position Overview: We are seeking dependable, caring, and flexible On-Call Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will be available to step in when regular caregivers are unavailable, ensuring our clients continue to receive uninterrupted care. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility, enjoys helping others, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)

Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises

Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Offer companionship and emotional support

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Be available to accept shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (CNA/HHA certification a plus)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compassionate, dependable, and flexible with scheduling
