Lead Behavioral Health Tech Unit Leader & Crisis Support

Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Tech to oversee PRN Behavioral Health Technician staff and ensure safety and support for clients at our WRTC facility. This role involves direct supervision during shifts, responding to emergencies, and managing unit supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in supervision, and a commitment to client safety and wellbeing.
