Hospice Marketer

Our team is dedicated to supporting patients and their families during one of lifes most challenging moments. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced healthcare Marketer to join our team and help expand awareness of our services within a 60-mile radius of Genesee County area. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of our hospice servicesBuild and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, discharge planners, and other external referral sourcesConduct regular visits to current and potential referral sources to educate on our services and assist with pending referralsOrganize and attend community events, health fairs, and other health related initiatives to increase awareness of our brandMaintaining comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assisting consumers in accessing community resourcesDevelop market strategies, increase brand awareness, and drive patient referrals to support the companys growthOther duties as assigned Education/ Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing or other specialty that involves interacting with other health care agencies and professionalsHigh School Diploma Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
