Welder (MIG)

Location: Ocala, FL

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour + Shift Differential

Job Type: Full-Time

1st Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• 10% Shift Differential

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our growing team in Ocala, FL. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality weldments and working in a team-oriented environment. If you have experience reading blueprints, welding steel and stainless steel, and maintaining tight tolerances, we'd love to hear from you.

• MIG weld milled steel and stainless steel components
• Set up, lay out, and tack up precision frame weldments and brackets
• Weld precision frames to exact tolerances
• Perform horizontal, vertical down, and plug welds
• Square and weld various steel components and assemblies
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience welding steel and stainless steel
• Ability to weld in vertical and horizontal positions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight tolerances
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
