You partner across disciplines to manage dependencies, prioritize outcomes, and ensure features are delivered with quality and readiness. You use data, user feedback, and structured discovery to continuously improve the product experience.Job responsibilitiesPartner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through user research, discovery, and customer feedbackAssess upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the end-to-end product experienceSupport journey mapping, market analysis, and discovery activities to inform the product roadmapAnalyze and monitor product and delivery metrics across time, cost, quality, and outcomes throughout the development lifecycleWrite clear requirements, epics, and user stories to enable effective build and deliveryFacilitate technical and non-technical discussions with cross-functional delivery teams to implement featuresPartner with quality assurance teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release validationDrive prioritization and problem-solving across teams, balancing speed, scalability, quality, and business readinessPromote consistent practices for product management, product development, release management, and user supportRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3 years of experience in product management or product delivery within a software development environmentKnowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and deliveryExperience defining and managing product lifecycle activities from inception through production releaseExperience translating needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaExperience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (for example, Jira, Figma, or similar tools)Ability to analyze product and delivery metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvementExperience partnering with engineering and product stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery risksExperience supporting product demonstrations for stakeholder alignment and decision-makingDomain knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle managementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsHands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID ConnectExperience with conversational AI interactions and agentic AI solutionsExperience with public APIs and dynamic or risk-based assessment approachesExperience working on API-based productsAWS certification or equivalent cloud credentialsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
